Bonnie’s Favorite Walt Disney Quotes

in Inspiration on 05/26/17

You know that question if you could meet anyone alive or dead, who would it be? Bonnie would chose Walt Disney. He was so imaginative and full of dreams. Walt Disney created animation, a whole new world and land, Disney World, and Disneyland. He entertained and found a way to make people smile. His life lives on, bringing joy to children and adults. From the Mouse to the theme parks, to the Disney movies they bring inspiration to us all.

Bonnie believes her true purpose is to entertain others, take them away from reality, and to make people smile. It’s why she loves to have parties and play dress up. She has a desire to focus on fun, the positive, and the beauty in life. She loves to travel and seek out the beauty that exists around the world. Like Walt Disney, she realizes never to give up on your dreams. There are so many Disney quotes that resonate with her, she wanted to share a few of her favorites with you. Hope they inspire you too, for a little Inspiration this week.

Bonnie’s Favorite

Walt Disney Quotes

“It’s fun to do the impossible.”

“If you can dream it, you can do it.”

“Disneyland will never be completed. It will continue to grow as long as there is imagination left in the world.”

“The more you like yourself, the less you are like anyone else, which makes you unique.”

“Laughter is America’s most important export.”

“That’s the trouble with the world, too many people grow up.”

“I always like to look on the optimistic side of life, but I am realistic enough to know that life is a complex matter.”

“Happiness is a state of mind. It’s just according to the way you look at things.”

“Laughter is timeless, Imagination has no end, & Dreams are forever.”

“The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.”

“Whatever you do, do it well.”

“Don’t stress over anything you can’t change.”

“First, think. Second, believe. Third, dream. And finally, dare.”

Walt Disney was a dreamer, a doer, and full of inspiration. Bonnie was recently at Disney World in Orlando and enjoyed the theme park like a big kid. She went by herself and rode her favorite rides, It’s a Small World, Big Thunder Mountain, and The Haunted Mansion.  It’s important to remember to find the kid within yourself and simply have some fun. She thinks adults have more fun at Disney than the kids do. Have you ever watched a Disney movie and laughed more than the kids?

What are your favorite Disney quotes?

There are so many of them. They are limitless in all the Disney films. From Alice in Wonderland, Mulan, Bambi, Cinderella, Peter Pan and more, you will find quotes by your favorite characters that inspire you to this day. Walt may not be alive but his memory lives on.

What if, Walt never went after his dreams?

How sad that would be. Remember, never give up.  Walt said, ” If you can dream it, you can do it. ” The Disney Company is entertaining us with delightful films and inspiring us all to “Wish upon a Star”

Tonight, make your wish upon a star! Bonnie hopes it comes true.

This picture Bonnie captured with her iPhone 7 plus! A little crop and a filter made the Fireworks pop in this photo.

So much of Disney has been a key component in Bonnie’s life to always think on the bright side. Her husband says she has a Cinderella complex. After all, she believes you can star as the Princess in your own fairytale, and you own the power to write your own happily ever after. She grew up going to Disneyland, watching Disney films, Mickey Mouse, and reading fairy tales. Walt Disney is a true inspiration to her. You will find his inspiration living through her when you read her Bonnie’isms.

Share your favorite Disney movie, theme park ride, or Disney quote. Bonnie would love to hear from you.

Keep wishing and dreaming,

Bonnie

What’s your happy place? I have a lot of them bu What’s your happy place? I have a lot of them but San Diego is in my top 5 places I always want to travel to. Why? It has the best year round weather in the US. It’s mostly 70 degrees and sunny. There is so much outdoor things to go do like sail, surf, ride bikes, play on the beach, watch the amazing sunsets and hope for the green flash, shop, dine, go whale watching or see dolphins! It’s been a nice break from the cold weather in Colorado.

La Valencia Hotel in La Jolla is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a cocktail with views of the ocean and palm trees on a Friday evening. We spend a lot of time in San Diego and it is our first time here at the La Sala Lounge. They even had a piano player after sunset.
