Travel & Destinations

“I’ve never regretted the places I’ve traveled to, only the places I’ve never been.” Bonnie

“Finding Sperlonga, Italy was a destination she had never heard of before. It hadn’t made it on her travel bucket list. She found it by mistake. She was driving the coastal roads from Amalfi Coast back to Rome. Traffic was insane with motorcycles cruising in her lane going the opposite direction. She detoured and found Sperlonga. After a driving in crazy traffic she found a beach bar that served ice cold Coronas with lime.  It was hot in July and that beer was so refreshing. Walking on the beach during sunset was a magical moment never to be forgotten.”

This is why every one must travel to places they have never been before.”

Let Bonnie show you the beauty in each destination.  Travel educates and inspires you. It changes you. It is good for your soul. The Travel & Destinations page is for people that share her travel passion, want to learn how to travel for less and for those that are happy being in one place but prefer to see beautiful places around the world in photographs from their kitchen table. There is a big world out there that is your magical kingdom just waiting for you to explore it.

“The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page”

I haven’t spent much time in Montana but I sure like this town! It’s my second time visiting Bozeman. I was excited to go back to Hooked Sushi again. They have the best sushi roll called the Ensenada- grilled shrimp with avocado, cilantro, lime, jalapeño, chili paste, hamachi. It’s yum yum spicy delicious. A stop in Bozeman is worth the road trip.

You can pick up some western boots or a hat or some Montana whiskey.

The king bed is comfy. They have a wellness room with three massage chairs and an infrared sauna. There is a Mavericks right next door for fueling up and the OEB saloon with a liquor store to get a nightcap or pick up a cold beer or bottle of wine.

We enjoyed dinner at the Grand Lake Lodge overlooking the scenic Grand Lake and had some laughs at Dirty Rotten Scoundrels at the Rocky Mountain Repertory.

Gary and Jordan flew back to Colorado and I drove Cali to spend time at the family ranch outside of Meeker this past weekend. It was a hoot getting to see so many people at the reunion. Now it’s Monday and the party is over but the memories were made.
