Sometimes you just need to reach the finish line. There are times you need to push yourself physically and mentally harder than ever before.
Those hurdles you have to jump may seem too high. Jump them even if you fall. It doesn’t matter if you win or lose. It matters that you reach the finish line.
The best rewards come out of your hardest achievements. Empowerment comes from facing the obstacles that lie in front of us. Be proud of yourself and make it to the finish line no matter what it takes to reach it.
It’s those moments of jumping over those hurdles and the fact that you did it!!! That’s what matters in life.
Win the race, lose the race, it doesn’t matter as long as you finished the race. Accomplishment and the fact that you succeeded makes you a winner. You are a winner! Say it out loud, scream it out loud! Remember to celebrate your achievements whether big or small. Toast to your failures and your successes.
Cheers, from Bonnie (who hates running but pushes herself to run a few minutes at a time) Doing is always the better choice than not doing. Focus on the action verb DO this week, jump that hurdle and make it to the finish line! You will feel good about yourself.
