Peace lies within. It is how you feel inside. If we all practiced achieving inner peace the world would be a beautiful place to live in.
Violence, hatred, and anger are emotions you have to take control off. There is no blame towards others only yourself. Take control. Learn to forgive love, and wish others well. Feeling happy, loving, and wanting to spread joy all around is way better than feeling sad, angry and depressed. It all starts with learning how to take action and control of how you feel.
Here are a few things that may help you find inner peace
- Do good things for other people, even strangers.
- In moments of hardship wish others well.
- Learn to forgive and let go of the things that don’t serve you.
- Spend time in nature
- Be quiet and just breathe
- Spend time with the ones you love
- Pray
- Be compassionate
- Listen to a friend
- Love more
- Express gratitude
- Focus on your health and fitness (natural endorphins always make you feel better)
- Smile more because they are contagious
My wish for everyone is to find inner peace, love, and happiness this year.
