in Adventure & Tours, South America on 01/12/18

Yesterday on Throwback Thursday I started thinking about all of my travels and I want to share one of my favorite travel highlights of my life. Meet the Penguins at Volunteer Point in the Falkland Islands. I mean who can’t resist a cute Penguin, right? Meet Penguins at Volunteer Point, Falkland Islands My husband had never cruised before and cruising… View Post

in Inspiration on 12/19/17

In April of 2017, I created a website, It’s a Bonnie Thing. I don’t think I intentionally set out to be a travel blogger. There are already so many established travel bloggers out there like Nomadic Matt, The Blonde Abroad, My Life’s a TravelMovie……the list goes on. Like the World Needs Another Travel Blogger  You know these pictures. The ones… View Post

This Holiday Season

in Inspiration, Lifestyle & Beauty on 12/17/17

How many Holiday Parties have you been to so far? Are you feeling the Christmas Spirit yet? Don’t get me wrong, I obsessed for the perfect gifts last week, hand addressed all the Christmas cards 100 to be exact and decorated the two trees in the house. It was stressful and my mind was blank. At times I questioned myself,… View Post

Snorkeling with Whale Sharks

in Adventure & Tours, Mexico, Travel Tours on 12/08/17

Why would I want to jump in the water with one of the largest fish in the sea? Getting out of my comfort zone and challenging myself to new experiences… View Post

in Travel Tours, USA, Washington on 11/11/17

Bonnie had one day to explore the Washington DC area. She was torn between going to Georgetown or Alexandria. She asked wait staff and Uber drivers for their opinions, most recommended Georgetown since it was closer to DC. Bonnie wanted to explore both and found a way to do it. Hmmmm! Georgetown? Or Alexandria? That was my big question! How can… View Post

I haven’t spent much time in Montana but I sure like this town! It’s my second time visiting Bozeman. I was excited to go back to Hooked Sushi again. They have the best sushi roll called the Ensenada- grilled shrimp with avocado, cilantro, lime, jalapeño, chili paste, hamachi. It’s yum yum spicy delicious. A stop in Bozeman is worth the road trip.

You can pick up some western boots or a hat or some Montana whiskey.

There is a Mavericks right next door for fueling up and the OEB saloon with a liquor store to get a nightcap or pick up a cold beer or bottle of wine.
